Meet Kirti Gola, Founder of Profound Careers, a passionate and globally certified career coach and counselor. With a strong history of helping professionals and students, Kirti specializes in ESL & TEFL training, creating impactful learning experiences that foster growth.
Drawing from counseling psychology, Kirti dived into careers counseling and coaching. Kirti’s counseling style revolves around active listening and open-ended questioning, building trust and confidence in her clients.
Kirti’s expertise drives soft skills training and public speaking, improving communication, leadership and teamwork. Known for her organizational skills, she organizes engaging classes that create lasting impressions.

Himanshu Gola is a passionate Portuguese language expert with a mission to make language learning a bridge between nations. He holds a Certificate, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma in Portuguese from Jamia Millia Islamia, along with a B2 level certification from LangÉcole.
As an experienced educator, Himanshu has successfully mentored students from diverse backgrounds, including professionals like Daulat Ali Khan, now working at Concentrix. With a clear vision for the future, he aims to make Portuguese as popular in India as French and Spanish—bringing Brazil and India closer through language and culture.
He believes that language isn’t just about words—it’s about connecting worlds. At Profound Careers, his mission is to spark curiosity, open global opportunities, and create a new generation of culturally aware language learners.
He’s a B.Sc. graduate in Zoology with a curious mind and an unstoppable love for learning. Whether it’s science, languages, or cultures—He’s always eager to dive deeper and discover something new. His love towards the language doesn’t end here since he is currently pursuing Japanese from Daulat Ram College, Delhi University.
Teaching Portuguese is more than a profession to him—it’s a passion project. He dreams of taking this beautiful language to classrooms across India and the world, making it a well-known and respected language in education and business alike.
